 The
History Tree is one of Monarch's best features
– and one you won’t find in any
other 3D jewelry CAD program. Unlike other
software that has simple Undo/Redo commands,
the History Tree allows you to jump into your
saved design at any point to make a change,
without affecting any other step before or
after.
For example, with other software programs
if you want to make a change, you must Undo
back to that point. Unfortunately, that also
means that you lose every step you did afterwards.
To make matters worse, most programs only
have 20 Undo/Redos. So if you are on Step
42 and you want to make a change at step 17,
the only choice you have is to start all over.

saved with each design. That means that you
can open your design at any point in the future
and make a change. This is great for larger
designs that may take several days to create.
