Produce Rapid Prototype Resins and/or Cast Your Monarch Designs Quickly and Easily!

Once you have created your designs in Monarch, you will need to decide on a process for milling or producing a rapid prototype resin, and casting your designs.

There are many options. Some jewelers prefer to do everything onsite, purchasing a computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) milling machine or 3D wax printer to create a physical representation of their jewelry for casting. Others outsource this part of the process to larger, specialized companies equipped to do this work.

Jewelry CAD/CAM Designers and Associates, Inc. offers a full range of casting services. Working directly from your Monarch designs, we can produce a rapid prototype resin for your own casting or produce full casts of your jewelry and return them to you ready for gemstone mounting, polishing, and presentation to your client. We also have one of the few casting services that can cast any of the rapid prototype (RP) resins in a metal of your choice.
